Larkin Designs is family-owned and operated right here in Southern New Hampshire.  For more than 35 years, James Larkin (a.k.a. Jim)  has designed & built extraordinary structures throughout New England and the West Coast.  Jim with his wife Michelle and four amazing children have all come together to merge a wealth of experience and skill into Larkin Designs which has earned our company a remarkable reputation as one of the leading builders in the area.  When we launched Larkin Designs in 2005, it was our promise to build a company that would always operate with unwavering ethics and quality workmanship.  We are so proud to have established our little company here in the lovely community of Westmoreland New Hampshire.

 

We will continue our mission to create a welcoming environment which allows concepts and designs to grow organically.  We love seeing designs come to life and nothing is better than when we reveal your newly designed space or hand you the keys to your new home.
