For more than 40 years, James “Jim” Larkin has designed and built exceptional homes and structures throughout New England and the West Coast. As a licensed builder in both Massachusetts and California, Jim brings a broad range of experience, perspective, and craftsmanship to every project.

 

In 2005, Jim relocated to New Hampshire with his wife Michelle and their four children, bringing decades of experience with him. That same year, they founded Larkin Designs with a vision of building more than just homes—they set out to create a company rooted in integrity, quality workmanship, and strong family values.

 

Today, Larkin Designs has earned a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted builders, known for delivering thoughtfully designed spaces and lasting results. We are proud to call Westmoreland, New Hampshire home, and even prouder to serve the community we live in.
